A Home Inspection will provide y ou with a detailed overall condition report of the property prior to purchasing.   The inspector will gives an in-depth, unbiased view to:

• Evaluate the physical condition:  structure, construction, and mechanical systems.

• Identify items that need to be repaired or replaced.

• Estimate the remaining useful life in major systems, equipment, structure and finishes.

 

The inspection will need to be paid at/before the time of inspection: typically $500-$700.

 

The standard Time Frame to complete your inspections + respond to the seller is 10 days.

 

It would be very beneficial to attend your inspection to view first hand everything your inspector reports upon and describes, to see which issues that are and are not a big concern. It is important to focus on what are the big concerns that you would like to request that the seller to fix.

 

Make sure once you move in, to follow up on the smaller, additional items that the inspector recommends!
